Babruisk penal colony inmate: Bialiatski in tough conditions

September 26, 2012

An inmate of the penal colony in Babruisk contacted political prisoner Pavel Sevyarynets and sent him greetings from Ales Bialiatski.

He said the head of Viasna human rights centre was in tough conditions. Prison administration finds faults with him to classify Ales as a “persistent violator of prison rules” and isolates him from other prisoners. Prison administration brainwashes all inmates who try to talk to Ales, but Bialiatski behaves in a decent manner, the BCD press service reports.

We remind that Ales Bialiatski marked his 50th birthday yesterday.
